Our emphasis on Customer Service is to ensure that if you have a problem you can contact one of our technical services staff members at any time who will analyse your problem and take you through the procedures necessary to resolve it.

We believe that, while problems with GoodMove are rare, when an issue arises that it should be possible to resolve same over the phone or by direct intervention with your system.

In the event that the problem cannot be resolved remotely we guarantee that we will dispatch a technical services representative to your premises to provide on-site assistance and advice.

We believe that our approach will minimise any unfortunate downtime and may assist you in identifying third party hardware or software which may be contributing or causing the problem.
