Fully Integrated Employee Scheduling

  • The Employee Scheduling Control Panel is the nerve centre of Goodmove. From here the Scheduler can create new jobs for a specific client, schedule regular maintenance visits in advance in accordance with a maintenance contract or he can input emergency repair call-outs and much more

  • The Scheduler can designate the time and the engineer to be used in the job and he can specify the machine or machines to be worked on from the Inventory system

  • Once the Scheduler has scheduled the job it will appear on a Field Employee's Smart Device notifying him of the job including what material he needs to have with him to complete it

Jobs Scheduling Control Panel
  • The Job Scheduling Control Screen gives the Scheduler a complete overview of all jobs in the system.
  • The Scheduler can filter the display to show a host of optional views such as jobs in progress, jobs complete or jobs by client.
  • By clicking on a specific job the Scheduler can drill into the full details of the selected job.

  • The Job Scheduling Screen allows the Scheduler to schedule a specific client job using multiple job types
  • The Scheduler selects the job date, the inventory items to be worked on (if applicable) and the engineer who is to do the job
  • The Scheduler can add additional information including contact instructions and details of the work to be done

Scheduled Job On Employee Smart Device
  • Once the job is created the Scheduler sends the new jobs to the system buffer where they are retained
  • The site employee uses his smart device to collect jobs scheduled for him
  • The details input by the Scheduler appear on the employee smart device when he picks up the job
  • When the Engineer commences the job his Smart Device notifies the Control Panel that the Job is In Progress and once he completes it by obtaining a client signature the Smart Device will update the Control Panel that the Job is Complete
  • At this point the Scheduler can either formulate and send out the client invoice or batch the job and send out a batch invoice at a later date
